These terms of service govern the sale and use of the ApexKit digital product. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Purpose

ApexKit is a digital product (software starter kit / template) sold as access to its source code and related resources. These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with this sale.

2. Seller

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of order. Payment is made securely online through Stripe. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

4. License

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive license to use the product to build your own applications and projects. Unless stated otherwise by the purchased offer, you may not resell, redistribute, share or republish the ApexKit source code as-is, in whole or in part. ApexKit is not open-source software.

5. Delivery and access

Access to the product (code repository and resources) is delivered electronically after payment is validated. No physical medium is shipped.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun after the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal. By accessing the product, you acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal.

7. Warranties and liability

The product is provided "as is". The seller strives to ensure its quality and proper functioning but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. The seller shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the product.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
