This privacy policy explains how ApexKit collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

Account: email address and authentication information required to sign in.
Billing: payment data processed by our provider Stripe. We never store your card numbers.
Communications: transactional emails sent through Resend.
Technical data: connection logs, IP address and browsing data strictly necessary to operate and secure the service.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Providing and managing the service (performance of a contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Billing and accounting obligations (legal obligation, Art. 6.1.c).
Security, fraud prevention and service improvement (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
Marketing communications, if any (consent, Art. 6.1.a, revocable at any time).

4. Processors and recipients

Your data may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors:

Convex: database and backend.
Stripe: payment processing.
Resend: transactional email delivery.
Vercel Inc.: application hosting.

Some of these providers may be located outside the European Union. In that case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).

5. Data retention

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then archived or deleted in accordance with legal retention periods (in particular accounting and tax obligations).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to killianjeuffroy@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

ApexKit uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function (session, authentication, preferences). No advertising tracking cookie is set without your consent.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
